  1. Install Slack Integration. Install the Slack integration to enable your team to submit tickets from multiple streams

  2. Add and configure users. Add ticket users and administrators

  3. Create a ticket board. Create a ticket board to manage each catalog

  4. Configure board settings. Create custom priorities, labels, and routing rules for each board

  5. Start requesting tickets! Send out communication to your team to start using tickets (template - please download or make a copy)
