Visitor Management & Team Safety Admins are able to control user’s eligibility to invite visitors to the office.
Controlling an Individual User’s Eligibility to Invite Guests
Navigate to Settings > Manage Users > Select a User
Select Visitor tab at the top of the User side sheet
Toggle Eligible to Invite Guests
Note: A user without eligibility to invite guests can still be selected as a host by a Visitor Management & Team Safety Admin who invites a guest on behalf of the user
Tips & Tricks:
All users are eligible to invite guests by default
To batch update users, please reference our Update Multiple Existing User Profiles guide
Visitor Management & Team Safety Admin or Super Admins are unable to have their privilege revoked.
