User Eligibility to Invite Guests

Learn how administrators are able to controls user's eligibility to invite visitors

Visitor Management & Team Safety Admins are able to control user’s eligibility to invite visitors to the office.

Controlling an Individual User’s Eligibility to Invite Guests

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Users > Select a User

  2. Select Visitor tab at the top of the User side sheet

  3. Toggle Eligible to Invite Guests

Note: A user without eligibility to invite guests can still be selected as a host by a Visitor Management & Team Safety Admin who invites a guest on behalf of the user

Tips & Tricks:

Visitor Management & Team Safety Admin or Super Admins are unable to have their privilege revoked.
