What are recurring desk reservations?
A recurring desk reservation allows users to create a reservation schedule for a particular desk. Once a schedule is set, Eden will automatically reserve that designated desk for that user until a specific end date or until the user cancels the recurring reservation schedule.

How do I configure recurring desk reservations for my org?
While this is a default feature for Eden accounts, Super Admins or Desk Booking Admins can manage the configuration under Settings > Desk Booking.
Allowing/Disallowing Recurring Reservations:
Navigate to Settings > Desk Booking > Recurring Reservations
Toggle Enable Recurring Reservations ON or OFF
Note: Turning off recurring reservations for your org will delete all existing recurring reservation schedules and future reservations created by those schedules
Allow Only Super Admins and Desk Booking Admins to Create Recurring Reservations Schedules:
Navigate to Settings > Desk Booking > Recurring Reservations
Toggle Allow All Users to Create Recurring Reservations OFF
If Off, Admins will be able to create recurring reservation schedules for both themselves and on behalf of their colleagues
