Admins can set up a tablet to act as a Desk Booking Kiosk which will allow users to browse an interactive floor plan, book a desk, and check into existing reservations. The Desk Booking kiosk mode is available for iOS and Andriod devices.

In order to set up a device for this mode, please download the Eden Workplace app onto the tablet. Once you open the app, you will be presented with a code that will allow you to link the device to your dashboard. On your dashboard, please go to Settings > Devices > Add Tablet. This will open a side sheet where you can input the pair code. Once paired, name the device, select "Desk Booking" as the mode, and select the location and default floor.

Once this is setup, user will need to input their name to interact with the floor plan. Inputting their name will ensure that they see the floor plan according to the neighborhood rules that are applicable to that user. A user can either make a new same day reservation, check into an existing reservation, or use the kiosk to search for a colleague is reserved or permanently assigned.
The kiosk will allow you to toggle between floors at a single location, but the default floor will always be what you selected in the configurations. You can only pair one device to a specific location.
