Learn how to scan deliveries and notify users of the delivery

Scanning Deliveries

Delivery Admins will have access to the deliveries scanner directly in the Eden mobile app. You can download the Eden app for iOS or Android on the App Store or Play Store. You will be required to give Eden access to your camera to use Deliveries.

To scan a new package or piece of mail, click on the plus in the bottom right corner, then select Scan a Delivery.

This will open your camera and allow you to start scanning. Hover the camera over the label and click Scan to capture the recipient’s information. If you have multiple locations, make sure you select the appropriate location in the top left corner before scanning.

Upon scanning the package, Eden will match the recipient’s name with the existing user directory. If Eden is unable to find the right recipient, you have the option to manually match to a user in your directory by clicking “Find recipient.”

Finally, you are able to delay a notification to the recipient by 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours to give yourself time to get organized.
