Cancellation

Eden offers two types of subscriptions: annual and monthly. Both types of subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged. If you would like to cancel a monthly subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager at least 7 days before your subscription renews. If you would like to cancel your annual subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager at least 30 days in advance. At this time, we are not able to offer refunds.
