To reset your password, go to the Eden sign-in page and click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. Click on the password reset link to set a new password.
Alternatively, you can sign in by clicking the “Send an email with a Login Link” button. You will receive a link via email that will sign you in to the Eden dashboard.
Below are the password requirements:
Minimum of 8 characters
Must contain one lowercase, one capital, and one number
User accounts are locked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts
