Learn what types of actions and information is displayed in the "Comment History" section of each ticket

The comment history shows public and internal comments as well as any activity updates on the tickets. The activity history shows the person who modified the ticket and the action taken. For example: Molly Weasley changed Assignee to “Brooklyn Bizzle”. All participants on the ticket including board and ticket administrators are able to see the comment history. Please see below for the types of activities that are tracked.

Ticket Status

Status is changed

Ticket Board

Ticket is moved to another board

Due Date

Due date is added, changed, or removed

Assignee

Assignee is added, changed, or removed

Subtasks

Subtask is created or closed*

Subtask title is changed*

Due date is added, changed, or removed*

Assignee is added, changed, or removed*

Subtask is deleted

*Subtask history is reflected in the child ticket. To access the history, click “Details” on the subtask.

Category

Category is removed or changed

Priority

Priority is added, changed, or removed

Requester

Requester is changed

Location

Location is added, changed, or removed

Description

Description is added, removed, or changed

Collaborators

Collaborators are added or removed
