Learn what subtasks are in ticketing and how they work

Subtasks can be used to break a ticket into smaller tasks. It can also be used to divide the work between different members of your team by assigning and adding due dates. When you click the “Details” button on a subtask, you will be taken to the subtask details page where you can see subtask activity and leave comments.
