To maximize space and desk utilizations, administrators can decide if they would like desk reservations to be automatically canceled after a specified check-in time is missed.
A desk with a canceled reservation will be available for rebooking.
Navigate to Settings > Desk Booking
Enable “Require Check-In”
Adjust the “Automatically Cancel Desk Reservations” time.
If you have multiple locations, this automatic cancel policy will apply across all locations at the local time of each location
If a same day reservation was created, but not checked in, that reservation will not be autoreleased to avoid the case where a user might get their reservation immediately cancelled if booked near the required check in time
