Eden App Overview
Eden’s mobile application allows your team to manage their desk and room reservations, view the floor plan, make new reservations, fill out Wellness Surveys, upload a health document, and check in and out of the office.
Getting Started
Eden’s Mobile App is available on the App Store and Google Play store under “Eden Workplace”
After you download the app on your device, sign in using your Eden login credentials. If your team utilizes SSO, you will be redirected to login with your SSO provider.
Creating a Room Reservation from List View
Users can create a room reservation one of two ways
Select “Reserve a Room” from the app landing page top bar
Select + sign in bottom right of screen
From the top bar, select your desired location and floor
Filter rooms by capacity or attributes by selecting the filter icon in the upper right corner
Select a date
Choose a duration, or specify a custom reservation length
Select an event Start Time
Fill out event details
Select “Reserve Room” to complete the reservation
Your room reservation will sync with the web dashboard and an integrated calendar, if connected. A room, once reserved, will be unable to be booked by others.
Creating a Room Reservation from the Floor Plan
Select Map Icon from bottom Menu Bar
Select “Room” Pill at top of screen from
From the top bar, select your desired location and floor
Filter rooms by capacity or attributes by selecting the filter icon in the upper right corner
Select your desired Room
Choose a duration, or specify a custom reservation length
Select an event Start Time
Fill out event details
Select “Reserve Room” to complete the reservation
