Reservation Restrictions for Employee Reservations

Learn how to set parameters regarding how far in advance your employees can reserve a spot and when your wellness survey will be sent out.

Configuring Reservation Parameters

Configuring reservation parameters give admins more control over when employees can reserve a spot and when the surveys will go out. To configure settings, go to Settings > Team Safety > Configurations. Select the Configuration type that you would like to update or create a new one. Select the Employee Visitor Type > Reservations.

On the Team Safety settings page, you are able to set up a few things:

  • Reservation Window: How many days in advance and how many days out can employees reserve a spot?

  • Survey Window: Will the wellness survey be sent out the same day or the day before?

  • Available Reservation Days: What days of the week are employees able to reserve a spot?

  • Blocked Dates: Selected dates will be unavailable for reservations.

    • The dates will show greyed out in the calendar picker and they are not able to select that date to make a reservation

    • If a recurring reservation that includes the block dates, those dates will come back as "No available desk" after they save the recurring reservation.

The restrictions do not apply to admin users.
