Eden

Administrators can setup notification channels for visitors and employees. To setup these notifications, complete the following steps:

Create or select a channel for the notifications

Invite the Eden bot to the channel (@Eden)

Submit the command <code>/eden setup invites</code>

Select the type of notifications you'd like to receive (Employees or Guests)

1. Note: repeat this process to setup notifications for the alternative reservation type. This can be done in the same channel or a different channel.

4. Select the type of notifications you'd like to receive (Employees or Guests)

5. Select the relevant location

To stop these notifications, repeat the same steps as above. This will prompt Slack to cancel the channel notifications.

When someone on your team invites a visitor, a notification is sent to the Slack channel that has been configured to receive notifications.

When a member of your team reserves a spot, a notification is sent to the Slack channel that has been configured to receive notifications.
