Inviting a Visitor

When an employee invites a visitor on Slack, they will receive a confirmation message with the visitor details.

If the employee checks a box to send the visitor an email, the visitor will receive an email with a link to complete the wellness survey. Once the visitor passes the wellness survey, they will receive another email with a link to check in. Alternatively, the visitor can check in when they arrive at the office.

Once they check in, the host will receive a Slack, Teams, or email message that their visitor has arrived.

Reserving a Spot

When employees reserve a spot, they will receive a confirmation message with the details.

Depending on how the settings are configured, employees will receive an email to confirm their spot at the office before they are scheduled to arrive.

Once they complete and pass the survey, they will receive a confirmation badge.

The badge will be emailed to the employee and there will be a check out button on the badge. At the end of the day, Slack will also send the employee a reminder to check out. All employees are automatically checked out at 11:59pm that day.
