Eden will automatically keep your team on track with notifications that are aligned with your Review Cycle schedule. The following are automated notifications. Notification preferences can be managed under Settings > Notifications

Review Cycle Kick Off

Notification that is sent to all review participants with relevant due dates. This notification will be sent when your Review Cycle is published and no more than 2 weeks before the Review Cycle start date. This notification can be sent via email, Slack, or Teams.

Manager Peer Assignments

If your Review Cycle includes Peer Reviews, Managers will receive a notification to assign peer reviewers the day the assignment period opens. Managers will also receive a reminder to assign peer reviewers the day before that assignment period is due. This notification can be sent via email, Slack, or Teams. A banner will also be visible to Managers on the Eden dashboard landing page.

Written Review Stages

All review participants will receive a notification when they are able to start writing reviews. The same participants will receive a notification the day before the written review stage is due. These notifications will vary depending on your Review Cycle schedule. Only relevant participants for each stage will be notified. These notifications can be sent via email, Slack, or Teams. A banner will also be visible to review participants on the Eden dashboard landing page.

Sharing Reviews

When reviews are ready to be shared, Managers will receive a reminder to share reviews with their team. When a review is shared with an employee, the employee will receive a notification letting them know that they can see their results. These notifications can be sent via email, Slack, or Teams. A banner will also be visible to review participants on the Eden dashboard landing page.
