Once you have uploaded and scaled your floor plan, use these steps to map desks to your map. Once desks are mapped, users will be able to reserve a desk.
You can create a new desk using the desk icon or you can add desks that you previously imported.
Option 1: Click the desk icon and place the green dot at the desired location on the map. This will create a new desk on your account.
When the new desk is created, use the left side panel to label your desk and assign feature tabs, a neighborhood, and/or a user.
Option 2: Map uploaded desks to your floor plan by clicking on the “add to map” pin in the left side panel:
Click on the green dot to “pick up” the marker and drop the marker in the designed place on the floor plan.
