With Team Safety, Admins can easily keep track of office capacity and utilization while making it easy for employees to make an office reservation without booking a desk or navigating a floor plan.

  1. Set your office capacity

    1. Go to Settings > Locations > Select Location > Team Safety to set a Maximum Daily Capacity

  2. Establish Reservation Parameters. Set up reservation parameters to customize the reservation window, survey window, and available reservation days. (Scale and Enterprise plan only)

  3. Create a Wellness Survey. Create a set of questions visitors and employees must answer and pass before coming on site

    1. You can update your default configurations or create unique configurations per location

    2. Check out the CDC’s Facilities Questionnaire for examples of health screening questions

    3. This video will show you how to set up your wellness survey

  4. Install the Eden Slack or Teams Integration. Install the Slack/Teams integration for employees to create reservations directly from Slack or Teams and to receive notifications about upcoming invites.

  5. Onboard your Team

    1. Add Users. Upload a csv of your employees or add employees individually

    2. Eden also has Directory Syncing Integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO). Contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected] to learn more

    3. After each employee has been added, it’s time to announce it to your team! You can refer to announcement email templates and the user guide template for the launch.
