Learn how to filter the All Visitors page by visitor name, location, date range, visitor type, host, or check-in status to quickly find the visitors you’re looking for.

Written by Camille B.

The All Visitors page lists every visitor at your locations. Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific visitors, such as everyone visiting a certain host or everyone who hasn't checked in yet.

Filter your visitor list

  1. Go to Visitors > All Visitors.

  2. Use any of these filters at the top of the page:

  • Visitor Name: Search for a visitor by name.

  • Location: Show visitors for a specific location.

  • Date Range: Show visitors for the dates you choose.

  • Visitor Type: Show only certain types of visitors, such as Guest, Vendor, Client, or Interviewee. The list shows the visitor types set up for your account.

  • Host: Search for an employee to see only the visitors they're hosting.

  • Check In Status: Show visitors who are Checked In or Not Checked In.

The list and the Total count update to show only visitors that match your filters.
