Recurring Room Reservations

Learn how to create recurring room reservations, set up a repeating schedule, and review upcoming dates for availability or conflicts before confirming.

You can book a room on a repeating schedule, such as a weekly team meeting, without reserving each date one by one. Before you confirm, Eden shows every upcoming date so you can spot any conflicts.

Create a recurring room reservation

  1. Go to Reserve a Room.

  2. At the top of the page, choose the location and date. Then choose the floor.

7. Set up the schedule:

  • Time: Choose the start and end time. Each occurrence uses this local time window.

  • Note to Admin: Optional. Add a note for your administrator.

  • Starts: Choose the date of the first reservation.

  • Ends: Choose Never, or select On and choose the date of the last reservation.

  • Repeats every: Choose how often the reservation repeats, for example every 1 week.

8. Review Upcoming Reservations on the right. It lists every date the room will be booked. A green check mark means the room is available on that date. To remove a single date from the series, select the trash icon next to it. To see only dates with a conflict, turn on Only conflicts.

9. Select Create Recurring Room Reservation.
