Written by Camille B.

Points of interest are icons on your floor plan that help people find things like elevators and other spots in the office. You can pick any color for a point of interest, so it matches your brand or stands out on the map.

Add a point of interest with a custom color

  1. Go to Settings > Locations and select the location you want to update.

  2. Select the Floor Management tab.

  3. Under Sublocations, select the floor you want to update.

4. Select Configure/Edit Floor Plan. The floor plan editor opens.

5. In the toolbar next to the floor plan, select the Point of Interest icon (the triangle). The Point of Interest panel opens.

6. Under Step 1: Select a type, choose the type of point of interest.

7. Under Step 2: Select a color, choose a color from the color picker, or enter a hex code (for example, #339AF0). Colors you've used before appear under Recently used, so you can reuse them.

8. Check the Preview to see how the icon will look.

9. Under Step 3: Place icon on map, select the spot on the floor plan where the icon should go.
