Ticket search on the Ticket Board now looks beyond ticket titles. It also matches words in the ticket description and in the answers to form questions, so you can find a ticket even if you don't remember what it was called.
Search for a ticket
Go to Tickets > Ticket Board.
Select the board name at the top of the page (for example, Facilities) and choose the board you want to search.
Type a word or phrase in the Search box at the top of the page. Matching tickets appear as you type.
To see every matching ticket, select More results for "[your search]" or press Enter.
Note: A ticket can show up in your results even if your search word isn't in its title. This happens when the word appears in the ticket's description or in an answer to one of its form questions.
